Since qualifying as a homeopath in 1986 and subsequent studies in Craniosacral Therapy, I have become interested in the unique and individual mannerisms and behaviours we each portray and how our lives are affected by our interaction with each other and the world around us.
As a therapist, I have been fortunate during the past 24 years to work and study with practitioners from various disciplines including qi gong and tai chi, yoga and ayurveda, and aspects of development which encourage an appreciation of our inner being. Also, whilst managing the family pharmacy I developed a greater understanding and respect for both conventional and complementary medicine, when used appropriately.
Craniosacral Therapy in my opinion, is a profound method of treatment that is constantly evolving and changing and can be tailored to the specific needs of each individual. It encourages the client to find that place of peace and stillnes within, which in turn enables that inner resource to be drawn upon and the full potential to be achieved. As a therapist I have found that it works harmoniously with all other disciplines as well as supporting conventional medicine.
I currently practice from home in Ruislip and at Ginger Natural Health in St Albans.
